Connecting the Vilo


1. Connect your Vilo pod to power (Indicator light will be red).


2. Plug one end of an ethernet cable to a LAN/ethernet port on your

modem, then plug the other end to the WAN/LAN port on your Vilo pod.


3. When the light on your Vilo pod turns yellow, you can connect your devices to the Vilo WiFi network.

  • Manually connect using the default network name & password on the bottom of your Vilo pod
  • Scan the QR code on the bottom of your Vilo pod 


Changing the Vilo's Network Name & Password


1. Download the Vilo app (search "Vilo" where you get your apps). 


2. Register for an account. You will need access to your email, as it will send a confirmation code to your email.


3. Once registered, log into the app, tap Add Vilo, and follow the instructions. 


4. You should already be connected to the Vilo WiFi network if you followed the steps in "Connecting the Vilo" section above. 


5. Once connected and back in the Vilo app, tap Add Vilo to My Account to associate this Vilo to your account. 


6. Tap Change Wi-Fi Name And Password to input your own custom WiFi network name and password.
